Jag klarar inte av det längre. Jag har suttit still i flera dagar nu, sagt åt mig själv att hämta motivation till vintern. Det går inte längre. Jag har abstinensbesvär. Måste. Springa. Nu. Fort. Långt. Åt helvete med vilovecka. Nu ska jag ut och springa!
